Luminos began in 2019 when two friends — a barista and a software engineer — decided the world needed better coffee and a better way to buy it. We started roasting in a garage in Pune, selling bags to neighbours and friends.
We work directly with small farms. No middlemen. We pay above fair-trade price because good coffee is only possible when the farmer can afford to care. Every bag on our site tells you exactly which farm it came from.
